It is with genuine regret that I must announce the cancellation of my upcoming performance in Auckland as part of The Grand Tour.
 
Due to an urgent and time-sensitive family matter that has arisen unexpectedly, I am unable to make the journey to New Zealand. The circumstances require my immediate presence and with the limited time available, travelling such a long distance is simply not possible.
 
This is not a decision I take lightly. In more than two decades of touring, cancellations have been exceptionally rare, and I have always prioritised honouring every commitment made to promoters and fans. On this occasion, however, my responsibility to my family must come first.
 
I would like to extend my sincere apologies to the promoters of The Grand Tour and thank them for their understanding and professionalism during this situation.
 
To everyone who purchased tickets, please accept my heartfelt apologies. Your support means a great deal to me, and I am deeply disappointed not to be with you in Auckland. New Zealand is a country I hold in the highest regard, and I look forward to returning at the earliest opportunity to deliver the show you deserve.
